Return Policy
Items may be returned with permission from Michael Salem Boutique. All return authorizations are at the discretion of Michael Salem Boutique. Health concerns are of major importance and wearing apparel that has been worn can cause health problems for other customers. Any item may be accepted for return provided the item has not been damaged, worn or altered. There will be a 35% restocking fee for all items returned for a refund. You have up to 25 days from the date you receive your order for a return to be accepted. Any item returned after 25 days WILL NOT be accepted for return. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a credit to your credit card or issued a check if you paid by check or money order for the full purchase price of the item you returned less shipping and handling and a 35% restocking fee if applicable. You will not receive a refund for shipping or handling charges that were incurred as part of your order. If you are exchanging an item for a new size or color, new shipping and handling charges will be incurred if applicable.
In order to return an item, please follow these simple instructions.
- Returned merchandise must have a RMA # ( Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

Include a note with specific instructions with what you would like for us to do. For example, exchange the item for a different size, or give a full refund to the credit card.

New York, NY 10150 - Please return the item via US Insured Mail. Please have the package insured so that you have proof of mailing in the event that your item gets lost in the mail, otherwise you are responsible for the complete loss of goods.
We have the right to substitute a similar or comparable item of our choice for any product that is out of stock.
